I work with organisations to build cultures that are psychologically safer, more honest, and more emotionally intelligent. This includes workshops and programmes on compassionate leadership, psychological safety, difficult conversations, and conflict repair. I also use The Compassionate Safety Index — a diagnostic tool that helps teams understand where they are and what needs to change.
I provide specialist support to organisations, charities, education settings, and communities navigating mental health challenges, suicide loss, and grief at work. This includes suicide prevention consultancy, postvention support after a loss, staff support following a crisis, and specialist workshops on grief and loss. This is sensitive, specialist work — and it's some of the most important work I do.
