Mental Health Training

Matt was such an engaging and diplomatic educator.  He is incredibly humble and effective in his approach and instantly made me feel safe in the space, despite having emotions come up that I didn't expect to have to deal with myself.  I am really grateful to him and the course and will encourage anyone to do it.  Thank you so much :-)

Matt created a really safe space that encouraged learning and vulnerability from our course members.  I felt safe in sharing personal experiences, which allowed a deeper level of understanding and connection with the other first aiders on the training.  I feel like it cemented what I was doing previously and gave me confidence and validation to have these important conversations with members of staff and people in my personal life.
